Lounge Reservation includes:
 

• Private reserved lounge area on our waterfront pier with a designated cocktail server.  Reservations are 3.5 hours.

• Lounges accommodate a minimum of 8 guests and up to a maximum of 15 guests.

​

• One Large Lounge is available at 2x the minimum. It can fit up to 25 guests.

​

• Lounges are reserved with a beverage minimum that varies depending on the day and time

​

• Lounge reservations will have a non-refundable reservation fee. There will be an automatic gratuity of 20% added to your final bill.​

​​

• Food is not included in these packages. Guests can serve themselves at one of our featured food containers.

​

• Please note that all food must be ordered through our venue, as outside catering, including birthday cakes and desserts, is not permitted.

​

• We ask that you keep decorations to a minimum, as there will not be time before reservation time to decorate. We do not allow confetti, glitter, balloons, or any other objects that could cause harm to the harbor. Additionally, please keep in mind that we are on the water, and the weather conditions can become windy.

• Our venue is outside and is completely weather-dependent.  We keep an eye on the forecast, and if the weather disrupts our schedule, someone on our team will notify you that day. Reservation fees will be refunded within 3 - 5 business days.

• Minimum pricing excludes special event dates such as concerts, private events, holidays, and ticketed events.
